

ABOUT CARMEN

Carmen brings a wealth of professional and personal experience to her speaking, facilitating and coaching work. She has more than 30 years of professional experience in the corporate and public sectors including having previously worked as a dispatcher for a city police department. Although Carmen moved into other areas outside of Public-Safety throughout her career, her love and passion for First Responders never waned. Being a First Responder is a big, powerful job. Carmen considers it an honor to be a champion for and serve those who serve.
