Getting Grounded in the Grind
It's a shit storm out there, I know! Trying to live in survival mode during this national health crisis is the best we can do sometimes. It's uncharted territory. First of all, thank you for your service, you are greatly appreciated. Second, it's more important now than ever that you identify the things that ground you and keep you whole, then do them relentlessly. Ask your support system, be it your significant other, supervisor, a friend, co-worker or other family to assist in making sure you are able to do whatever that is. Even if the ask is just to not give you a hard time about it, it's still important to articulate what you need.
